Shipping policy
At KrazyOat, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across USA, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The delivery time frame for an order, containing only IN STOCK items, includes the following two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are picked up by UPS/FedEx/USPS/CanadaPost within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
- U.S. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by UPS/FedEx. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- International Shipping time: For destinations outside the U.S., we offer international shipping that takes approximately 7 to 21 business days. The time frame may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
The delivery time frame for order containing any PREORDER items is estimated on the product page for the specific product. All preorders will receive a notification when items have shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Order are charged at time of purchase whether IN STOCK or PREORDER. If your order contains both in stock and preorder items, the order will ship when ALL items are available to ship together.
